Starting with a Corn tortilla shell,

 

 then a scoop of lean ground beef cooked to 

 perfection  with just the right amount of chili powder

 and secret seasonings to give it that special flavor.

 

                      Next the toppings:

 

 Fresh crisp lettuce, mixed grated cheese, tomatoes,

 fresh diced onions, salsa (this can go on anytime)

 tobasco sauce ( to suit taste)

 ranch or 1000 island dressing

 and let's not forget the sour cream.
